Where possible, your order will be shipped out to you as soon as possible, however, this can not always be guaranteed. Approximate delivery times will be stated on the website in the product description or. Little Cherubs sets these delivery times based on supply and demand, supplier delivery times and shipping times and will endeavour to stick to these. Where this isn't possible, we aim to inform customers of any changes in delivery times to avoid inconvenience. Please contact us immediately if you think an item may have been delivered incorrectly. 

Return & Exchange Policy

At Little Cherubs, our customers' satisfaction is incredibly important to us and we want you to love our car seats as much as we do! If you are at all dissatisfied with your product, please contact Little Cherubs South West as soon as possible. Standard returns must be within 14 days of delivery, and be  returned in new, unused condition including tags in the original box/packaging. Return postage is at buyers expense, except in the event of a fault. If your seat is faulty, you will be required to provide evidence, and may be asked to return the seat for manufacturer inspection. If the seat is found to be faulty, we will endeavour to repair and replace where possible, or refund/offer store credit where not possible. Please reach out to discuss any return and we will endeavour to support you with this process.
